サンプルの準備
卵サンプルは試験前に均質化するものとする。基本的に、卵を使い捨てのカップまたはビーカーに割り、ガラス棒でよくかき混ぜます。卵白と卵黄をよく混合し、卵希釈液（1：1）でさらに希釈して検体とします。試験のために希釈したサンプルを採取します。
