サンプルの準備
肉サンプルは試験前に均質化するものとする。基本的には、均質化した肉 2g を 2ml の希釈サンプルバッファーで溶解し、2 分間よく振った後、10 分間遠心分離します。迅速検査のために上清を採取します。
