フロルフェニコールは、クロラムフェニコールと同じ作用機序（タンパク質合成の阻害）を持つチアンフェニコール誘導体です。しかし、クロラムフェニコールやチアンフェニコールよりも活性が高く、一部の病原体に対してはこれまで考えられていたよりも殺菌効果が高い可能性があります。人体に対する潜在的な危険性のため、EU、米国およびその他の国では厳格なMRLが設定されています。この肉用フロルフェニコール迅速検査キットは、豚肉、牛肉、鶏肉などの肉に含まれるフロルフェニコールを検出するための新しい検査ツールで、検出限界はEU、中国、米国、ロシアのMRLを満たしています。

サンプルの準備
肉サンプルは試験前に均質化するものとする。基本的には、均質化した肉 2g を 2ml の希釈サンプルバッファーで溶解し、2 分間よく振った後、10 分間遠心分離します。迅速検査のために上清を採取します。
